• Checking and sending email
  
• File/Copy/Scan/Print/Download Documents
  
• Entering bills into accounting system, managing weekly staff timesheets
  
• Assisting Owners of the company
  
• Assisting Project Managers & Sales Staff
  
• ​Assist the estimating department
  
• ​Assist with proposal research and proposal elements
  
• Request new Project Certificates of Insurance
  
• Monthly Billing and Lein Waivers
  
• Register Project Warranties

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience working as an Admin.
  
• ​Friendly, detail oriented and a great communicator
  
• Punctuality and Attendance
  
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
  
• Strong PC skills with attention to detail for reporting and tracking
  
• Experienced in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook 
  
• Good typing skills
  
• ​Proper grammar and spelling is a must​
• QuickBooks experience a plus
  
• ​Familiarity with voice, data, video, security and network cabling a plus​
